Stephen was introduced to Operation Cherrybend through a sales trip to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where he met Operation Cherrybend co-founder, Jared Ashley.  At Jared’s insistence, Stephen was introduced to both this amazing organization and the Ellis family.  What started for him as a corporate sponsorship in 2017 has transitioned into many lifelong friendships and a passion for supporting our military veterans.  After recently joining the OpCBend board in 2023, Stephen has been focusing on further developing the online infrastructure of the organization while implementing new tech integration to help make internal coordination more efficient for the team. 

Stephen is employed by Anheuser-Busch as a Director leading the Shelf Excellence Team, and has supported both Sales and Category Management throughout his career. Stephen and his wife, Katie, have 2 children together; Haley and Riley.
